Advising clients on best procurement, and project delivery & closeout strategies
Preparation of BOQs for tender purposes and variations/ claims
Ad-hoc commercial and contract services (ie. Cost Value Reconciliation, Budget Setup etc)
Tender documentation, tender evaluation including reporting and recommendation.
Monthly progress payment assessment and issuing payment certificates.
Variations and Claim assessment.
Independent EOT review/assessments for delayed construction projects (EOT / Prolongation cost / Pandemic Claim Review Services)
